RASCAL stands for "Roaming Animal Sterilization Clinic at Low Cost". RASCAL vans travel throughout Ohio with the help of local humane organizations and shelters. RASCAL brings affordable pet care to local communities, including sterilization (spay/neuter), vaccinations, de-worming, and flea/tick treatments. RASCAL's low costs help pet owners take better care of their beloved pets.

Note: HSAC requires a $25 non-refundable deposit for each surgery scheduled for a pet to hold your appointment. $10 of that deposit will be credited to the final bill.
